Job Description

A healthcare technology company in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee Agile development teams working on innovative software products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and use Jira, Trello, and GitLab to manage sprints and ensure successful product releases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Proficiency in Jira and Trello for sprint and retrospectives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices
  • Familiarity working with SDLC is an advantage

Daily Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily standups and sprint planning
  • Ensure the removal of blockers for development teams
  • Support product teams in meeting their goals
  • Heavy use of Jira confluence to document findings

The Offer

  • Full-time, onsite position
  • Salary: $130k – $145k
  • Health insurance, PTO, and quarterly bonuses
