A leading tech company in San Francisco is looking for a Lead Front End Developer to head up their development team. In this onsite role, you’ll lead a team of developers to build and scale their flagship application, utilizing cutting-edge front-end technologies like React, TypeScript, and Svelte. This position will involve collaborating closely with back-end teams, designers, and product managers to deliver a top-tier user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of front-end development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript (React, TypeScript, Svelte)
- Extensive experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and responsive design
- Proficiency in build tools (Webpack, Rollup, Parcel)
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Leadership experience in a front-end development role
- Experience with server-side rendering and performance optimization
- Familiarity with GraphQL and state management tools (Redux, MobX)
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of front-end developers to build scalable web applications
- Design and implement high-performance front-end architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product quality and user satisfaction
- Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Stay on top of industry trends and ensure the team is using best practices
