Job Description

A prominent cloud services provider in Austin is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead its infrastructure management team. You’ll use tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, and Datadog to monitor and manage cloud operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in IT operations management
  • Expertise in cloud monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, and Datadog
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure

Daily Responsibilities

  • Oversee cloud infrastructure monitoring
  • Lead IT operations teams in resolving incidents
  • Manage cloud performance and ensure uptime
