An exciting opportunity has opened up in Boston! A fast-growing healthcare startup is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join their team. This onsite role will allow you to collaborate closely with seasoned developers to build and maintain full-stack applications that drive healthcare solutions. You will work on both front-end and back-end technologies, utilizing tools like React, Node.js, and MongoDB. This is an excellent role for someone early in their career who is passionate about learning and contributing to impactful projects.

You will be immersed in an environment that supports growth, using cutting-edge technologies such as Docker and CI/CD tools, gaining hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in full-stack development
• Familiarity with JavaScript (React, Node.js), HTML/CSS
• Basic understanding of database management (MongoDB, MySQL)
• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to Docker and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using React and Node.js
• Write clean, maintainable code for both front-end and back-end
• Participate in code reviews and improve the CI/CD process
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user features
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack

Salary: $85,000 – $110,000
